The Happy Drafter
The overall picture.....

Happily settled in St. Petersburg, Florida with my wife, 3 dogs and 2 cats, I was born and raised in beautiful Maine.  I have also had the pleasure of living in Pennsylvania, Texas and New Hampshire.

I've been in the building industry for most of my life in one form or another.  My first job was working in the woods at the tender age of 14, logging in the family business (remember....Maine).  As the business grew and expanded into our very own sawmill, so did my interest in all things wood.  I've been addicted ever since...I love it!

I grew up in the tiny village of Bolster's Mills, in the town of Harrison.  It was a great place to grow up.  Consisting of 23 houses, a General Store, Church, and the Library  (which was the original one room school house for the village in the early 1800's ) that was only open Saturday & Sunday.  The family home was built in 1810, a very large (and cold), two story brick federal style home with an attached barn.  From this grew my love of old homes and a healthy respect for "what the old timers did."

I've been designing custom homes for over a decade, and it never gets old.  I enjoy taking my client's ideas and creating a home that is truly theirs.  Each project is unique and I am committed to ensuring that your dreams are fully realized.  I've had the privilege of working with some of the best that this business has to offer, especially within the field of Timber Frame and Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) construction.  The old world knowledge of  Timber Frame building combined with hi-tech, cutting edge, energy efficient SIPs, make for a beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly strong home or addition.

Nope, not Florida.   This home was designed for a local Tech. School in New Hampshire.  During the student's senior year, they built this home inside as a modular unit.  The home was sold to a local builder who later put it on this wonderful lot in Sunapee, NH.
